Wedding Packages

1- Flutter of the Heart

  • This is my Standard Package for wedding celebrant in Adelaide, covering everything you need to be married!
  • Initial phone call to have a chat answer your questions and set up a meeting.
  • Let’s meet; me, you and your partner to get to know each other. We can organise the NOIM form (Notification of Intention to Marry), we will touch on all the other boring Legals as well before we get to the fun stuff.
  • We will have the discussion of your marriage ceremony may look like and as your marriage celebrant in Adelaide, I might be able to add some advice on how to plan it – I can help with ideas and starting points and get you thinking about things such as any readings, and how to include special people such as friends, children, parents – or even your pets.
  • I’ll give you some tips for writing personal vows.
  • I will craft a ceremony script written to your story, its will be personal and designed just for you. I will get your approval before the big day; no surprises!
  • You are free to use of our own Arbour including Tulle and Flowers, use of the Easel and Social Media Sign as well as the use of our signing table and chairs. Delivery fee may apply.
  • The inclusion of use of a high-quality PA and microphone for your ceremony.
  • I guarantee an early arrival in plenty of time on your wedding day to help set up and meet guests.
  • We will Perform the legal ceremony; I will lodge all the paperwork to the Births Deaths & Marriage office in the state you are married ASAP, if you supply card details or transfer payment I can order certificates for you too.
  • I will supply you a copy of your ceremony & vows to take home with your Certificate.
  • Unlimited contact via phone, txt or emails during the planning stages and beyond if you need.
  • It’s a total package to get you married stress free.
  • Extra costs are delivery fee for the Arbour if needed and travel costs for locations over 60Km from Mt Barker at my discretion.

2- In a Heartbeat

  • let’s keep it quick and simple. One meeting and we can get it sorted.
  • No set-up, a few guests is fine –but often just you and your two witnesses, and me of course.
  • We will do all the legal Vows (happy for you to add some personal vows) and we will add in a ring exchange. Of course, I’ll get all the paperwork sorted. You will get to do just a little more than what is legally required.
  • Pre-preparation of NOIM and all other legal paperwork.
  • Kiss, Sign and Run….. Super Easy! Then I upload all your paperwork to register the marriage. Supply me additional payment I’ll even order your certificate. A perfect micro wedding or  Elopement in Adelaide you can avail.

3- True Matters of the Heart

  • This is my Premium Package – everything included so you can feel like the VIP you are!
  • This is everything that The Flutter of the Heart offer but with more!
  • For couples who want something that is very personal; One that tells the story of your love, your relationship, your hopes, and dreams for the future; where you can share the emotion and the love that you have for each other with your loved ones and friends who you have invited to be a part of this special occasion with you.
  • We can include cultural rituals, prayers, blessings, readings, poetry, music, or a unity ceremony; in fact, anything that has special meaning or significance for you and your partner.
  • I can give you assistance with writing personalised vows.
  • This is the full deal celebration – full use of the Arbour and its trimmings, the Easel and signing table with a choice of covers, the PA system so everyone gets to hear. (Delivery fee may apply for the Arbour)
  • If you are the kind of couple that would like to have a full ceremony rehearsal, I am happy to do so. I won’t read out the whole ceremony (we want that to be a surprise to everyone else) but we can run through things like walking in, where the wedding party will stand, positioning of the Arbour and table if being used and paperwork etc. Failing a full rehearsal, we can do a brief walk through. The choice is yours.
  • Champagne upgrade at the point of signing to seal the deal! Ill supply the glasses too.
  • Outfit co-ordination – I will discuss your colour scheme to ensure I don’t clash or compete with the Bridesmaids!
  • A copy of script supplied with your marriage certificate. Signed with a special pen you get to keep.
  • Documents are uploaded promptly to the Attorney Generals department to register the marriage. I can order your official certificate too! I will need card details for that though.
  • Unlimited contact via phone, txt, email and extra meeting as deemed necessary throughout planning and after the wedding if you need.
  • Plus the delivery fee for the arbour and any travel costs for locations over 80Km from Mt Barker at my discression

4- Legal Only

Perfect for those doing a destination wedding and want it legal here in Australia or those that just want it done

  • This is just as it says. Legals only.
  • I’ll say my bit, you say the legal vows.
  • We do all the paperwork.
  • You are married!

Other Packages

1- Renewal of Vows

Why not renew your love and vows, a great way to celebrate lasting love.

A meet up at least a month before to discuss any special moments you want included, especially if this is a surprise! (Though I can organize this in a week if need be!!)

I’ll send you a draft of the ceremony for you to check over.

Signing table and chairs (if required at a park etc) with a Certificate confirming your Vow Renewal if required.

I have a PA system available for use, and this can also be used for music as well.

2- Emcee

At a function ?

I can host the night, organise your timeline and introduce the speeches. I’ll get the party started and keep it going.

3- Baby naming

This is a wonderful informal occasion with your family and friends to celebrate the naming of a baby or older child. It is such a great way to welcome a little person into your family. During the ceremony parents and other significant friends and family will make life promises and commitments to the child.
This Ceremony includes:

  • A personalised written ceremony, suggestions for readings, poems and rituals for you to choose.
  • A Rehearsal and the use of my PA system. Ill supply a Commemorative certificate as well as a keepsake printed copy of the ceremony script

4- Funeral

A funeral should be as individual as the person it commemorates.

But it is more than that. It is a reflection of love and memory, of relationships and connections.
Every funeral should be an enriching, fitting tribute and an enduring legacy.

A ceremony is integral to the grieving process for those who must somehow go on.

Planning a funeral can be an emotional, and sometimes exhausting, process and the Ceremony is a vital part of that process. Let me help you with that.

I’ll meet with you, and we will chat and remember the life that we are celebrating. I will guarantee that we will capture the essence of your loved one, exactly how everyone would want it.

I will prepare a personal service with confidence, care, and sensitivity, perhaps with solemnity, or with humour; with or without cultural or religious inclusions.

The result is a tribute to the loved one as well as help and support to the grieving family, and other mourners.
